Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
It must be stressed that labels such as autism or autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) are not really helpful in
homeopathy. However we can and do help people who are displaying characteristics and symptoms to which
these labels are given. All people are different and although a person may have been diagnosed with ASD, he
or she may not display exactly the same characteristics as the next; it is therefore unlikely that they will
require the same homeopathic remedy. The art of the homeopath is in deciding what needs to be treated in
