Helping you to better health
Peter Colenso Walton LHC MARH RHom
Peter has always been interested in different ways of seeing and doing things, not just for the sake of being different but because of an openness to more effective ways of accomplishing a desired result. After many years as a graduate engineer and being blessed (blighted) with an enquiring mind, he came upon the unique science of homeopathy, longing to know how this strange complementary treatment could possible work.
It soon became clear to him that not only was homeopathy different, but effective, in addressing key issues such as toxicity, drug resistance and side effects so often encountered in mainstream medicine.
In 2003 he studied at the Homeopathy College, Birmingham, formerly the College of Practical Homeopathy and has now gained extensive experience in treating an extremely varied range of conditions during which time he has helped the majority of patients to greatly improve their health.
He is a member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths, the ARH, which ensures good practice and professional codes of conduct.
Married and with three sons, Peter enjoys walking in the Derbyshire hills with Jago the family dog, cycling, ceramics pottery and getting involved in the town community where there is always much going on.
Originally practicing in Nether Heage he has now settled in the delightfully picturesque and historic town of Wirksworth where he is building an ever increasing client base. An emphasis is placed upon providing a relaxed atmosphere where it is more easy for the patient to discuss their health issues in an unhurried fashion. The informal and friendly consultation process helps to alleviate undue tensions and barriers whilst getting to the cause of the problem.
Clinic days are normally every Monday and Tuesday, Thursday evening and Saturday morning please see the contact page.
